Andy Warhol's first solo pop art exhibition and first west coast show: Campbell's Soup Cans opens at the Ferus Gallery in Los Angeles on this day in 1962. It is now displayed at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Carson City has art exhibits that can be found at the Brewery Art Center, the Visitor’s Center, inside the Sierra Room of the Community Center, and the Courthouse.
